Fabienne Blanc            Watercolor, mixed media

Fabienne Blanc was born and raised in the South of France where she attended the University of Nice and the Beaux Arts in Toulon.
After living and painting in Hawaii for 20 years, Fabienne now resides in the South of France, in Six Fours les Plages since 2004.
Known in Hawaii for her large watercolors of flowers, fruit and foliage, she has now adapted to her Mediterranean environment and paint local subjects such as fishing boats, reflections on the ocean etc…
She has recently added a new element to her watercolor paintings with the use of watercolor pencils which allows her to get more details and different colors in her work.
She still paints flowers that she sends mostly to galleries in Hawaii.
