Hi Sherry
The big difference is quality. Arches is 100% cotton with excellent sizing, so it handles water and layering beautifully.
Hapikalor looks more like a student-grade paper – likely wood pulp and less durable – and these kinds of paper usually have poor “sizing” which can affect how paint behaves.
